Aion Therapeutic Inc. has been granted a Management Cease Trade Order by the BCSC, which gives them until October 28, 2024, to file necessary financial disclosures following the acquisition of Toppen Health. The company is working diligently to provide valuations and impairment tests required for the audit of its annual financial statements, and intends to meet the new deadline while issuing bi-weekly updates.
