Aion Therapeutic, via its subsidiary Toppen Health, has acquired global rights to I2Pure’s patented molecular iodine technology for water disinfection, aiming to enhance its water filtration systems. The innovative technology promises to provide highly effective removal of bacteria, pathogens, and various contaminants, ensuring safer water. The agreement includes a financial arrangement of cash and share payments to I2Pure, along with future royalties.
