Aion Therapeutic Inc. has announced a delay in filing its 2024 annual financial statements due to the recent acquisition of Toppen Health, Inc. and the resulting need for additional valuations and impairment testing. The company is working diligently to complete the necessary documentation and expects to file by the end of September 2024 while a management cease trade order is in place.
