AIMS Fund Substantial Holder Reduces Stake

AIMS Property Securities Fund (AU:APW) has released an update.

Chi San Liu, a substantial holder in AIMS Property Securities Fund, has reduced their voting power from 16.60% to 14.35% through an off-market transfer of 1,000,000 ordinary units valued at $1,577,000. The latest changes in Liu’s interests, which now encompass 6,390,053 votes, were reported on August 14, 2024, following the previous notice given in late June of the same year.
