Aidigong Maternal & Child Health Limited has announced a further extension of the Long Stop Date for the placement of new shares, now moved from 15 September 2024 to 15 October 2024, to allow the Placing Agent more time to attract investors and finalize administrative tasks. The terms of the Placing Agreement remain unchanged except for the extension, and the company cautions shareholders and potential investors that the placement is conditional and may not proceed as planned.
