Aidigong Maternal & Child Health Limited has successfully passed all proposed resolutions at their special general meeting on July 25, 2024, including a major share consolidation initiative. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the consolidation of existing ordinary and class A and B preference shares into fewer shares of higher par value, to take effect from July 29, 2024.
