Aidigong Maternal & Child Health Limited has announced a revised timetable for its proposed share consolidation following a delay in distributing the Circular, initially detailed in their June and July 2024 announcements. The new schedule includes the dispatch of the Circular on 10 July 2024, with the Shareholders’ General Meeting (SGM) set for 25 July 2024, where voting on the consolidation will take place. Share dealings post-consolidation are expected to commence on 29 July 2024, subject to the fulfilment of conditions.
