Aidigong Maternal & Child Health Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Wang Aier as the new legal representative of its subsidiary, Shenzhen Aidigong, replacing Ms. Zhu Yufei, who will continue as general manager of the postpartum business. Additionally, a financial review of Shenzhen Aidigong will be conducted by an independent third party to enhance the subsidiary’s operational management and corporate governance. The Company’s board assures that these changes will not affect the Group’s overall operations.
