Aidigong Maternal & Child Health Limited has announced that their Share Consolidation will be effective from 29 July 2024, consolidating every forty shares into one. This change will affect both Class A and Class B Convertible Preference Shares, with adjustments to the conversion prices and the number of shares allotted upon conversion. Share certificates will also change color from pink to blue to reflect the consolidation.
