AI/ML Innovations Inc. is facing delays in filing their required annual and interim financial documents, which has resulted in a management cease trade order (MCTO) by the British Columbia Securities Commission. The Company’s executives are restricted from trading, but other shareholders are unaffected. AI/ML Innovations assures that they are working swiftly to meet the new filing deadlines set for the end of September and mid-October, respectively.
