AI/ML Innovations Inc. has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements, due to an investee entity’s bookkeepers in France being unable to provide necessary information for the audit. The company has applied for a Management Cease Trade Order, which, if approved, would restrict trading by certain executives, while allowing public trading to continue. They anticipate resolving the issue and completing the filings by September 15, 2024.
