Miji International Holdings Limited ( (HK:1715) ) has shared an announcement.
AI Health Technology Limited plans to replace its current auditor, Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited, which will retire after the upcoming annual general meeting due to an inability to agree on the audit fee for the year ending 31 December 2026. Following a tender process begun in May 2026, the board, on the recommendation of its audit committee, has proposed appointing Asian Alliance (HK) CPA Limited as the new independent auditor, stating there is no disagreement with the outgoing firm and that the change should not materially affect the group’s audit timetable or operations.
The audit committee evaluated Asian Alliance based on its audit proposal, fee structure, listed-company experience, independence, market reputation, resources and compliance with Hong Kong’s AFRC guidelines, concluding it is suitable to serve as auditor subject to shareholder approval at the annual meeting. The board believes the proposed change is in the interests of the company and its shareholders, and a circular detailing the change and the annual meeting arrangements will be sent to investors in due course.
