Agronomics Limited has announced that its portfolio company Solar Foods, in partnership with Ajinomoto Co. Inc., has launched two new Solein-powered food products in Singapore, with plans to expand into other markets. Solar Foods’ breakthrough protein Solein, produced using air and electricity, is now available in commercial quantities thanks to their operational Factory 01. The release of Solein-infused mooncakes and ice cream sandwiches aligns with the growing consumer demand for sustainable and health-conscious food options.
