Agronomics’ Portfolio Company Solar Foods to List on Nasdaq

Agronomics Limited (GB:ANIC) has released an update.

Agronomics Limited, a pioneer in cellular agriculture, has announced that its portfolio company Solar Foods is set to list on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland in September 2024, without a concurrent share issue. Solar Foods, which contributes 6.7% to Agronomics’ Net Asset Value, is scaling up with the construction of Factory 02 to produce its high-protein Solein at a lower cost and aims to secure regulatory approvals in multiple jurisdictions. The listing follows an oversubscribed EUR 16 million Series B funding round and will support Solar Foods’ global growth strategy and product commercialization.
