Agronomics Limited, a pioneer in cellular agriculture investments, has announced the issue of 2,360 new Ordinary Shares at 30.0p each, following the exercise of warrants, adding £708 to its proceeds. The new shares will be traded on AIM and will have equal rights as the existing shares. With this addition, Agronomics’ portfolio expands, as it continues to invest in companies with groundbreaking food production technologies.
