The Agricultural Bank of China Limited has successfully held a board meeting with full attendance, where they approved a revised plan to be considered by the shareholders and scheduled their second extraordinary general meeting for 2024. The board meeting, chaired by Mr. GU Shu, complied with all relevant laws and regulations.
