Agricultural Bank of China (HK:1288) has released an update.
The Agricultural Bank of China has announced the nomination of Mr. LIN Li as an Executive Director candidate, subject to approval by the bank’s shareholders’ general meeting. His proposed three-year term follows unanimous support from the Board’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee and independent non-executive directors. Mr. LIN Li, a senior economist with extensive experience in finance, will not receive a director’s fee and his remuneration is pending shareholder approval.
