Agricultural Bank of China Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. WANG Zhiheng as its new President, with unanimous approval from the board and independent non-executive directors. The appointment awaits ratification from the National Financial Regulatory Administration. Additionally, Mr. WANG has been nominated as an executive director candidate, a decision also backed by the board.
