AGP Malaga SOCIMI S.A. Announces Successful Merger

Agp Malaga Socimi Sa (FR:MLAGP) has released an update.

AGP Malaga Socimi S.A. has successfully ratified a merger with INDOCAR, S.L.U., SUKSON, S.L.U., and URBAPEN, S.L. through unanimous approval at the General Shareholders’ Meeting on June 28th, 2024. The merger entails the dissolution of the absorbed companies and the assimilation of their assets and liabilities into AGP Malaga SOCIMI S.A. Additionally, the merger will adhere to the special tax regime outlined in the Spanish Corporation Tax Law.
