Agile Group Holdings Limited has announced significant changes to its leadership team, effective from 26 July 2024. Mr. Ng Wai Hung has resigned from his positions as company secretary, authorised representative, and process agent, and will be succeeded by Ms. Ko Tsz San. Ms. Ko brings over 18 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance affairs for listed companies.
