On December 19, 2025, the company relocated its principal executive office to a new address in Taichung City, Taiwan, and subsequently announced a series of board and management changes in early 2026. Executive director and chief financial officer Nick Wong resigned effective February 28, 2026, and independent director Patrick Wong resigned on March 5, 2026, with both departures cited as personal and not tied to disagreements with the company.
To fill these vacancies, the board appointed Liu Shihao as executive director and chief financial officer effective March 1, 2026, and named Li Cheuk Hang an independent director and chair of the audit committee on March 5, 2026. Following these moves, the seven-member board now comprises three executive and four independent directors, with refreshed leadership across the audit, compensation, and nominating and governance committees.
Both Liu and Li bring extensive financial, audit, and corporate governance experience from Hong Kong-listed companies and international audit firms, which the board expects will strengthen oversight and support execution of the company’s growth strategy. In addition to its core whisky operations, Agencia has begun evaluating a potential diversification of its business scope into AI computing infrastructure and data center-related opportunities, suggesting a possible future strategic shift that could broaden its industry footprint and risk profile.
