Aftermath Silver Ltd. has successfully completed the first portion of its private placement, raising $2.67 million through the issuance of over 12 million units at $0.22 each. The funds are earmarked for advancing studies at their Berenguela Silver-Copper-Manganese project in Peru and for general corporate purposes. The offering also included finder’s warrants and is subject to a four-month holding period, with a second tranche expected to close following regulatory approval.
