Africa Oil Corp. has announced an update to its share capital and voting rights following the recent exercise of stock options and settlement of share units as part of its Long-Term Incentive Plan, resulting in a total of 443,014,670 common shares with voting rights as of July 31, 2024. The company has a presence in deepwater Nigeria and offshore Namibia, with additional exploration interests in Africa.
