AFR NuVenture Resources Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $180,038 through the sale of shares at $0.01 each, with proceeds directed towards administrative and general expenses. The offering, which has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, could lead to the creation of new control persons, requiring shareholder approval at a meeting set for January.
