Affluent Partners Revamps Employee Incentives

Affluent Partners Holdings (HK:1466) has released an update.

Affluent Partners Holdings Limited is set to modernize its incentive program by replacing the 2014 Share Option Scheme with a new 2024 version, aligning with revised Chapter 17 Listing Rules. The change, pending shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, will cease further grants under the old scheme, which was designed to attract and retain high-caliber staff. No options remain outstanding under the 2014 scheme, clearing the way for the transition to the new 2024 Share Option Scheme.
