Affluent Partners Holdings Limited is set to expand its share capital by issuing 27,779,373 new shares at HK$0.48 each, representing around 4% of its existing share capital and approximately 3.93% post-issuance. The shares will be listed on the Stock Exchange, subject to regulatory approvals and other listing conditions, with completion expected shortly after all conditions are met.
