Affinor Growers has signed an Agriculture Technology Agreement with FARMX Produce Inc., granting FARMX the rights to use Affinor’s industrial designs and know-how for growing romaine lettuce and other leafy greens in Canada. The deal includes a two-year exclusive license for British Columbia and a 20-year non-exclusive license for the rest of Canada, with FARMX committing to source required equipment exclusively from Affinor.
