AFC Energy plc, a leader in hydrogen power generation technology, has announced the successful passage of all shareholder resolutions at its recent General Meeting. The company has also made strides towards its growth by preparing for the Second Admission, which will see new shares admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM. This development is set to expand the company’s issued share capital to 852,757,806 ordinary shares.
