AFC Energy (GB:AFC) has released an update.
AFC Energy, a hydrogen power generation technology firm, has announced an exclusive retail offer of up to £2 million in new ordinary shares for its current UK retail shareholders. This REX Retail Offer is separate from a concurrent institutional placing and comes ahead of the expected admission of these shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The offer, which closes on June 11, 2024, allows participation through selected financial intermediaries with a minimum subscription of £50 per investor.
