AFC Energy PLC has announced the appointment of John Wilson as its new CEO, effective January 6th, 2025, succeeding Adam Bond. Wilson, with extensive experience in technology-driven companies, is expected to lead AFC Energy through a new phase of growth and development, particularly in manufacturing and ammonia cracker technology. Until Wilson takes over, Chairman Gary Bullard will serve as interim CEO to ensure a smooth transition.
