Betonmast Røsand, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been awarded a turnkey contract worth about NOK 500 million by Sunndal Municipality to demolish the existing health centre and design and build the new Sunndal helsetun, comprising 80 institutional care units and 32 assisted-living homes. The project will be executed in two phases while the facility remains operational, with construction starting in early 2026 and phased completion scheduled between late 2027 and mid-2029, underscoring AF Gruppen’s strengthening role in modern healthcare infrastructure and securing a significant long-term order in the Norwegian municipal building market.
