AEK UK REIT plc has announced that Independent Non-Executive Director Katrina Hart is set to become the Chair of JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income plc’s Board, as well as the Chair of its Nomination Committee and Management Engagement Committee, starting from 27th November 2024.
