The company declared an interim dividend of 2.00 pence per share, continuing its 35-quarter streak of consistent payouts, supported by a quarter-on-quarter increase in earnings per share. Asset management initiatives have led to a growth in income and asset valuations, with the successful disposal of Oak Park, Droitwich, at a 33% premium to its previous valuation.
