Aether Catalyst Solutions, Inc. has completed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement, issuing over 2.3 million units to raise around $130,000 to fund its automotive and small motors programs. The units, priced at $0.055 each, include a common share and a half warrant, which allows holders to purchase additional shares at $0.10 within a 12-month period.
