Aeterna Zentaris Inc. has completed a key share consolidation step ahead of its ‘merger of equals’ with Ceapro Inc., adjusting the share exchange ratio for Ceapro shareholders. Additionally, Aeterna’s shareholders as of May 29, 2024, will receive warrants for additional shares post-transaction, with automatic issuance via the DRS system. The completion of the merger is anticipated around June 3, 2024, as Aeterna continues to focus on developing pharmaceutical and diagnostic products for areas with significant unmet medical needs.
