Aeterna Zentaris Inc. has announced the completion of its Share Consolidation on May 3, 2024, drastically reducing its issued and outstanding Common Shares from around 4.86 million to approximately 1.21 million. The consolidated shares began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq the same day. This move follows shareholder approval in March and is part of a merger with Ceapro Inc.
