Aerometrex Director’s Shareholdings Increased

Aerometrex Ltd. (AU:AMX) has released an update.

Aerometrex Limited has reported a change in Director Mark Lindh’s interests, where the Belmar Superannuation Fund, which he may benefit from, acquired 85,365 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at $0.41 each. This transaction, dated 2nd July 2024, increased his indirect holdings to 98,186 shares in the fund. The dealings occurred during a closed period with the necessary prior written clearance obtained on 27th June 2024.
