Aeris Environmental Ltd has partnered with Cognian Technologies Ltd to form AerisTech, a joint venture aimed at advancing smart building technology and services. By combining Cognian’s patented Syncromesh technology and Aeris’s product range and expertise, the venture will enhance ESG reporting capabilities and generate ongoing SaaS revenue. The collaboration is set to leverage both companies’ strengths in the energy efficiency and indoor air quality markets, offering scalable solutions from small to large enterprise rollouts.
