Aeries Technology, Inc. has approved an amendment to their Equity Incentive Plan, significantly raising the authorized shares, adding an annual increase clause, and eliminating individual award limits, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, they’ve updated executive employment agreements, reassigning the CEO’s agreement to a subsidiary under UAE law, and clarifying incentive and equity terms for other top executives, without materially altering compensation conditions.
