AEP Plantations Plc has continued its previously announced share buyback programme, repurchasing 2,574 ordinary shares on 10 April 2026 via Cavendish Capital Markets at prices between 1,842p and 1,892p, with a volume-weighted average of 1,868.58p. The shares will be held in treasury, bringing total shares in issue to 39,976,272, of which 1,513,295 are treasury shares with no voting rights, leaving 38,462,977 voting shares outstanding.
