AEON Stores (Hong Kong) Co., Limited has entered into a Supplemental Master Trademark Licence Agreement with ATV Japan, extending the use of TopValu Trademarks for three months in early 2025. This interim measure allows both parties to negotiate a renewal while AEON has also conditionally signed a Master ATV Purchase Agreement to secure exclusive products. These agreements, involving connected transactions, require independent shareholder approval.
