AEON REIT Investment Corporation has announced the refinancing of a 17.5 billion yen loan to repay an existing 19.5 billion yen borrowing due October 21, 2024. The refinancing will be conducted through debt financing with terms and financial institutions to be determined and announced at a later date. The remaining 2 billion yen from the original loan will be refinanced separately.
