AEON Credit and AFS Japan Ink Royalty Agreement

AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. (HK:0900) has released an update.

AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. has entered into a six-month Brand Royalty Agreement with AFS Japan, allowing exclusive use of AEON trademarks for a royalty fee of 0.375% of the company’s operating revenue. This agreement is set to last until February 2025, with the annual royalty cap not exceeding HK$4.5 million. The terms were negotiated based on prevailing market rates and similar licensing arrangements.
