AEM Holdings Ltd. has successfully issued 363,200 new ordinary shares at S$1.652 each, following the exercise of options under its Employee Share Option Scheme 2014. These shares are set to be listed and commence trading on the Singapore Exchange on or about July 16, 2024, and will be on par with the existing shares in terms of rights. This issuance brings the total number of issued and paid-up ordinary shares of the company to 312,763,996, excluding treasury shares.
