AEM Holdings Ltd. has announced the issuance of 257,490 new ordinary shares following the exercise of options by a former employee under the company’s 2014 Employee Share Option Scheme at a price of S$1.652 each. These shares are scheduled to be listed and available for trading on the Singapore Exchange on 31 July 2024, and will be on par with existing shares in terms of rights and status. The company’s total number of issued and outstanding shares has now reached 313,021,486, excluding treasury shares.
