Aegon Ltd. has announced its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) set for June 12, where it will propose a final dividend of EUR 0.16 per share, making the total 2023 dividend EUR 0.30 per share. The AGM agenda also includes a new Director’s Remuneration Policy and governance changes to enhance shareholder rights. Additionally, the meeting will offer hybrid attendance options, allowing shareholders to attend and vote in person or virtually.
