Aecon Group Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Aecon Utilities, has acquired Ainsworth Power Construction to enhance their electrical services and power systems capabilities. This acquisition is set to strengthen Aecon’s market presence and expand its service offerings for utility clients in Ontario. The deal is expected to leverage APC’s long-term client relationships and extensive industry experience.
