Adya, Inc., a holding company with strategic investments in telecommunications, has sold its subsidiary Ellora Telecom Philippines for $420,000 to focus on its core business areas and enhance stakeholder value. Despite Ellora Telecom’s financial challenges and minimal contribution to Adya’s revenue, a Customer Support Services Agreement ensures continued collaboration between the two entities post-sale. This divestiture is aimed at streamlining Adya’s operations and maintaining service continuity for its customers.
