ADX Energy Director’s Share Holdings Update

ADX Energy (AU:ADX) has released an update.

ADX Energy Ltd has announced a change in the holdings of Director Edouard Etienvre, who has acquired additional shares through the company’s Directors’ Share Plan, reflecting part of his director and consulting fees in shares instead of cash. As of August 1, 2024, Mr. Etienvre’s direct interest now includes 727,549 fully paid ordinary shares, with an indirect interest comprising 4,394,527 shares and 50,000 unlisted options. These transactions did not occur during a closed period and are part of a shareholder-approved plan.
