ADVFN plc has announced the addition of Shalom Berkovitz, former CFO and Deputy CEO of eToro, as a Non-executive Director. Berkovitz brings a wealth of experience from his time at eToro and other previous senior roles, including CEO of DSNR Media Group and his educational background from prestigious institutions. His appointment is effective immediately, although he currently holds no ordinary shares in ADVFN plc.
